Educated in De La Salle College, Waterford and the Waterford Regional College, Kieran has twenty years experience in the financial services business, predominately in the area of retirement planning.

Kieran worked in Dublin for a number of years, firstly in the pensions department of Hibernian Insurance and then in a leading Dublin Brokerage firm where his responsibilities included the development of corporate pension accounts.

In 1992 Kieran moved back to the South East as Broker Consultant for Waterford and Kilkenny with one of Ireland’s leading insurance companies where he worked for four years. He then moved to become the Mortgage Manager for one of the South East’s largest insurance brokers. During this time, Kieran had the privilege of being the youngest ever Chairman of the Life Insurance Association for the South East Region when he took up that position in 1996.

Kieran joined Financial Engineering as a Financial Planning Manager in 2002 to provide our service to the South East Region. Kieran was made Associate Director, Waterford in 2004 during which time he has overseen significant development of our business in the fee based financial advice market in the South East, which has made Financial Engineering the advisor of choice for many local businesses.

Colm Moore
Associate, Waterford

Colm joined Financial Engineering in August 2007, having spend the previous six years as a Software Developer with Sunlife Financial Of Canada. Prior to this Colm worked for the Australian Stock Exchange Registrars in Sydney. Colm achieved a degree in Software Applications Development from W.I.T. He will be working out of the Waterford office and is currently studying for his QFA exams.
